Oak Leigh Weddings
Oak Leigh’s fully shaded wedding garden seats up to two
hundred and fifty guests. Embellishing the area is a nuptial
gazebo and a quaint rock waterfall. Planters of ivy hang overhead
and lush ferns grow in profusion. Our two private parking lots are
convenient for all of you guests.
The indoor chapel seats up to one hundred and seventy five guests and is always available as a first choice or as a second choice, (depending on the weather). Sparkling chandeliers hang from the chapel ceiling and are dimmed for a romantic setting. If it’s chilly outside, the chapel is a cozy place to exchange your wedding vows.

Package #1 includes all of the above and adds the following decorations: an indoor or an outdoor carpet aisle runner, an arch of ivy and twinkling lights and a choice of silk alter arrangements .(This package is complimentary when a paid reception is held at Oak Leigh. Deposits made prior to November 10, 2009 are exempt from this promotion.)

Oak Leigh Receptions
Oak Leigh is the perfect place for a unique, enchanting and
stress-free celebration. Our services allow the bride and family to
make the decisions and then relax and leave the hard work to us. We
also host a variety of other occasions, including holiday parties,
family gatherings, baptisms, and rehearsal dinners. The entire
premises are reserved for your private group.
Reception packages include:
The place and facilities - The outdoor garden patio and indoor reception room can accommodate up to two hundred and fifty guests. (There is no minimum guest requirement.) The facilities include an indoor and outdoor bar area, indoor dance floor, two fountains, pavilion, private parking lots, lighting, and guest seating.
Refreshment Service – Provided for all of your guests; unlimited
lemon punch, ice water, coffee, hot tea, cups, cream and sugar.
Wedding cake and supplies – Our designer wedding cakes are made exclusively for our Oak Leigh brides. Give the cake your own personal touch by choosing the design, color, shape and structure. Finish the process by picking the cake and filling flavors, each tier a different kind. We also provide the cake table (skirted and covered), plates, forks and napkins. There is no cake cutting fee. Outside cakes are allowed, and the same services are given.
Tables, chairs, and decorations – Bridal table, guest tables,
chairs, white satin linens, and centerpieces are included in all
reception packages. Our centerpieces include floating candle jars. Set up and breakdown is
included. Add your own touch to it if you like.
Bar supplies and storage – The hosting party provides their own alcoholic beverages. A bartender from our facility will set up, serve, and breakdown the bar area. Supplies we include for the bar area are; glass stemware, beer cups, tubs, ice, and trays. There is NO corkage fee.
Support services for catering – Oak Leigh provides the following
services for your meal: china dinner plates, napkins, catering
tables (skirted and covered), silver flatware forks and knives,
serving spoons, bowls, and bread baskets. You always bring your own
catering, ready to go. Our staff replenishes food and clears plates.
(Catering referral available upon request-$12.00 per person, complete buffet)
Planning consultant/coordinators and staffing – Our services provide
you with professional and experienced coordinators. Planning
appointments are scheduled with you to ensure that every detail of
your event is taken care of. Labor begins the day ahead of your
event with those hired to detail the buildings and gardens. On the
day of your reception, coordinators and their assistants precede
your arrival by several hours, taking care of the placement of
decorations, tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces. Your
coordinators will facilitate the organization and timing of
reception events while assistants clear away empty plates and
glasses. Clean up is always included.
*A note on gratuity – Oak Leigh does not add a gratuity to your
